As a small business, every appointment time is reserved especially for you. When appointments are missed without notice, it impacts not only our clinic and staff, but also other clients who may have been waiting for availability.

We completely understand that life happens and emergencies arise — we simply ask that all clients take a moment to review our booking and cancellation policies when making appointments.

Our policies are provided throughout the booking process, including confirmation and reminder emails, to ensure transparency for everyone.

Most importantly, we kindly ask that all communication with our staff remains respectful. Our team works incredibly hard to provide a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for every client who walks through our doors

REFUND, CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOW POLICY

Refund Policy

At Cryo Curve Body Sculpting Clinic, we are committed to providing professional treatments and services to all clients.

As treatment outcomes vary between individuals, results cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as age, metabolism, lifestyle, diet, exercise habits, hydration, medications, medical conditions, hormonal changes, and adherence to aftercare instructions may affect treatment outcomes.

For this reason, refunds will not be provided for services that have already been performed. By booking and attending a treatment, clients acknowledge and accept that results may vary and that payment is for the treatment performed, not a guaranteed outcome.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Deposits

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments unless otherwise stated. Deposits are applied toward the cost of the booked treatment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the $50 deposit.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged the full cost of the booked service, less any deposit already paid.

For example:

• Service cost: $399
• Deposit paid: $50
• No-show fee: $349

Where no deposit has been paid, the full service amount may be charged in accordance with the card details provided at the time of booking.

Promotional Pricing

Promotional, sale, introductory and special offer pricing applies only to the original appointment booked and attended. Missed appointments, late cancellations, rescheduled appointments or no-shows may result in the loss of promotional pricing and rebooking at the current standard treatment price.
